Your 1st stop is to ask your current supplier for a migration authorisation code(MAC). Once you have obtained this, give us a call on 0845 9000 190. You need to contact us within 30 days as the MAC code expires after this time.
It will take at least five working days to process the order. During this period, your existing broadband service will continue as normal. During the migration, the average down time is half an hour.
