Quick and efficient

Once a fault is reported, our customers can have confidence that it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. If the problem is carrier or network related, our Technical Support team will carry out an initial assessment and then the Service team will liaise with either the network provider or the Cormorant field service team to resolve the problem.
